江苏最低工资标准6月调整

  今年6月1日起调整全省最低工资标准。月最低工资标准:一类地区(包括南京市区)将从1140元调整为1320元,增加180元;二类地区从930元调整为1100元,增加170元;三类地区从800元调整为950元,增加150元。非全日制用工小时最低工资标准:一类地区从9.2元调整为11.5元,二类地区从7.5元调整为9.6元,三类地区从6.5元调整为8.3元。
  最低工资标准不包括下列内容:加班加点的工资;中班、夜班、高温、低温、井下、有毒有害等特殊工作环境、条件下的津贴;法律、法规和国家规定的劳动者福利待遇等。在剔除不包括内容和个人按下限缴存住房公积金后,用人单位支付劳动者的月工资不得低于最低工资标准。


The minimum salary standard in Jiangsu will float up from June

From 1 June, the minimum standard of the salary in Jiangsu will be adjusted. The monthly minimum salary standard: one class area (including the Nanjing downtown) will be adjusted from RMB 1140 to 1320, increase RMB 180; the second class will be adjusted from RMB 930 to RMB 1100, up RMB 170; the third class areas, from RMB 800 to 950, an increase RMB 150.The minimum hourly salary of parttime job is adjusted from RMB 9.2/hour to RMB 11.5 in the first class area, from RMB 7.5 to RMB 9.6 in the second class area; from RMB 6.5 to RMB 8.3.

The minimum salary standard does not include the following contents: salary for overwork; allowance for special working environment and conditions such as noon shift, night shift, in high temperature, low temperature, underground, poisonous and harmful environment; and labor benefits provided for by laws and regulations of the state. The employer shall pay the employee the salary no lower than the minimum salary apart from the deducted items and provision funds paid by the employee based on the lowest standard.
