江苏警方严惩侵害公民个人信息违法犯罪 抓获涉案人员172名

  根据公安部的统一部署和指挥,4月20日至23日,江苏警方开展打击侵害公民个人信息犯罪专案集中收网行动。根据前期制定 的抓捕、审查和取证方案,全省出动警力2100多人次,抓获涉案人员172名,其中涉嫌开设非法调查公司和中间商的人员108名,追缴赃款65万元,缴获 涉案电脑、秘拍秘录设备、隔墙听等犯罪工具200余件,狠狠打击了此类违法犯罪活动的嚣张气焰。
  近年来,随着我国经济快速发展和信息网络的普及,侵害公民个人信息类违法犯罪日益突出,互联网上非法买卖公民个人信息泛滥,由此滋生的电信诈骗、敲诈勒索、绑架和非法讨债等犯罪屡打不绝,社会危害严重,群众反响强烈。
  公安机关提醒广大群众,不要轻易将个人信息提供给无关人员,发现个人信息被泄露并造成严重后果的,要及时报案。


Jiangsu Police Offices Strictly Crack Down the Offence of Infringing upon the Personal Information and 172 People Arrested

Based on the unified deployment and instruction of the Public Security Ministry, Jiangsu Police Forces finished a round of raid upon the criminals infringing upon the personal information from April 20 to 23. All about 2100 police forces across the Jiangsu Province operate and arrested 172 people involved in according to the arrest, examination and evidencecollection scheme, 108 of whom are involved in opening illegal investigation companies and intermediate business. From this crack-down campaign, RMB650,000 of illegal proceeds and 200 pieces of criminal tools such as computers, secretly video and recorded devices, and covet listening bug are caught and severely crack down rampant criminal activities.

Recently, with the economic development and prevalence of the information network, the illegal wrongdoings of infringing upon the private information of citizenship increasingly popped out. There are rampant activities selling the private information of citizenship online which result in telecommunication fraud, blackmailing, kidnapping, illegal debt-collection, and other crimes endangering the society. 

The public office station reminds the people of not disclosing information to any unrelated people and if the disclosure of information has caused serious problems, the police station shall be called timely.
